The Viva Tropic Aparthotel is a large, spacious complex with a lively atmosphere, featuring its own entertainment programme. Situated in
the Puerto Alcudia area near the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants, while the beach is just 200m away. It is equipped with an excellent
range of amenities on site, including a restaruant, supermarket and gym along with a playground and mini club. All of this combines to
make it a great choice. There is also a complete programme of daytime and evening entertainment for all ages.

LOCATION
Situated in the centre of Puerto Alcudia, just 200m from the marvellous beach. It is approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport. The hotel is around 200 metres from the wide sandy resort beach and 300 metres from the harbour and Alcudia resort centre with its selection of shops, bars restaurant and nightlife.
ACCOMMODATION
All apartments are totally refurbished throughout and include upgraded furniture and materials. The hotel has a total of 301 studios (accommodating two adults and one child) and apartments (accomodating three adults or two adults and two children). Each comes complete with balcony, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, safety deposit box (local charge), music channels and kitchen.
