The fabulous Villa Petra Aparthotel is ideally situated in Areias de Sao Joao, providing guests with seclusion and privacy yet within walking distance of the busy part of Albufeira. Much thought has gone into the design of this quality, modern aparthotel. with polished granite floors, local stone and wood finishes.

LOCATION
Built close to the 'Strip' and everything in the new town, the nearest shops are 100 metres away and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The closest beach is Praia da Oura, which is ideal for families and is 1.2km away.
ACCOMMODATION
Studio apartments sleep 2-3 persons (accommodates 2 Adults) and have twin beds and a sofa bed, one bedroom apartments (2-4 persons) consist of twin bedroom and two sofa beds and two bedroom apartments (4-6 persons) consist of two twin bedrooms and two sofa beds. All have a bathroom (two bedroom apartments have two), hairdryer, a kitchen, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, satellite TV, safety deposit box (payable locally), air conditioning and a balcony.
